How fast should I see results?!

Question: How fast should I see results!?
I am a 21 year old female, 5'6!. Since April, I have gone from 160 pounds to 115!. I changed my diet dramatically!. I started only eating healthy, organic foods and I cut out all junk food and soda!.

I use the elliptical for 20-40 minutes a day and do at least 40 squats daily!. I have seen a dramatic - and I mean dramatic change in my butt!. It's lifted, has absolutely no dimples or cellulite and my upper thighs also look great with no cellulite at all!.

I have recently incorporated Pilate's back into my workout regimen (recently as in a few days ago)!. I used to do it for two hours a day everyday and I was in excellent shape!. I was wondering about when I would see results in flexibility and in muscle outline (abs, thighs, etc) if I did it for at least 25-30 minutes daily!. How effective are the elliptical, a healthy diet and Pilate's together!? I see some changes in my abdominal region, but I am looking for drastic change!. I have the outline of my abs on the sides of where my abs should be, but I want the middle filled in as well (hopefully you understand what I mean)! How long before I see results from this!? I know I have to lose the fat overlapping the muscles - but approx!. how long!?

I know to rest my muscles when they hurt or feel sore, but lately - I have also realized my calves feel like they are having muscle spasms-ish!. I used to get symtoms of RLS often but since I started this workout - especially the elliptical it is definitely more evident!. Will this go away or become less frequent with Pilate's!?

I know it's a long question - but thanks for reading and helping!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Wow, what great results you've achieved!. Your workout plan looks great!. Be patient and the further results you want will come!. If you wish to get leaner in the mid section you may want to reduce your carbohydrates in the evening to accelerate fat loss!. I also would recommend taking one full day off to allow your body to recuperate and repair itself!. Muscle spasms are often a result of overworking a particular muscle!. Keep up the good work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
