Ami i fat should i lose wieght i am really handsome people say but the only problem is that im fat kinda girls love me and want me but im still fat!. I dont look like im fat but i am how should i lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should do calorie counting!. Here's what you do:

1) For about a week, record everything that you eat and record the calories!. Then find you average calorie intake per day!.

2) Choose two days that are two or three days apart (i!.e!. Monday and Friday)

3) On these two days of every week you need to eat the amount of calories that you found out before!.

4) On the other days, you need to eat about 800 calories less and work out a little, too!.

5) Stay consistent and it will start to work!.

Here's why it works: Whenever people starve themselves to lose weight, their body just adjusts to the new amount they eat after a few days, then you don't lose weight!. With my strategy, your body will not adjust (because of those two days), but you can still eat less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you think you are overweight here is my advice on how to lose some pounds :

- Playing sports, exercising, and or physical activity will help!.
- Also, check your diet, cut out anything that is unnecessary and unhealthy!.

If you want to lose weight then people will tell you to do a sport but that doesn't work!. In order to lose weight!.!.!.!. eat celery!. It sounds kinda funny but eating it uses up more calories then it has in it, so if you ate celery all day then it would make you more skinny then if you didn't eat anything at all, plus you would be filled up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are only 12 years old, you NEED to talk with your parents or a doctor about this!. You cannot get professional help online, and when you are still a child, weight loss is a big deal, and can be detrimental to your health if you lose too much weight!.

Why dont you try walking or jogging every evening when you have the time or play a sport that you enjoy with somone else so it is more fun or you could also do abdominals cuz that really helps!. Every day!Www@Answer-Health@Com

running, crunches, and push-ups

start:
30 mins of running every other day
50 crunches every other day
25 push-ups everyother day

then when u feel comfortable do more and for longer, then every day!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was your age i weighed about the same!. Then I started running doing jumping jacks and started lifting weights!. Also eat much healthier good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
