Can anyone tell me if this routine does more harm than help?!

Question: Can anyone tell me if this routine does more harm than help!?
i do about 30 minutes of strength interval training and then 20 minutes of low intensity cardio to help cool me down afterwards for about three days a week!. i have two different circuits (kinds of exercises) that switch every strength interval day!. on my "resting" days between strength interval days, i do high intensity interval training which kicks my *** two times a week (between the strength days for about 20-25 minutes not including cooling down afterwards)!.

high intensity for me means 175 bpm for a minute and then resting 1-2 minutes at 125-140 bpm (times 5 or 6 sets/sprints)!. my strength intervals exceed 150-180 bpm during 3 sets of 3 exercises of 8 reps each with a warm up exercise of 5 sets and 5 reps (that exercises all of my muscles including core)!. in between my strength sets, i average 1-2 minutes of rest!.

i find complaint in that im soo tired often that my weekends feel kinda wasted and i dont know if im eating enough that might contribute to me getting so tired!. right now im doing about 1750-800 calories as recommended for my size but is that kinda "recommendation"proper for the amount of activity i'm involved in!?

also, does this kinda rountine actually burn muscle or do anything at all if i'm always tired!? i mean, whats the point of working out if i cant use it!? i'm between 180-185lbs, 5'11, and my calorie intake between 1600-1800 a day!. i dont 'believe' its enough calories (or rest) but what knowledge can you guys drop me!? Answers:
Your routine sounds good!. I'm not sure you need to do 5 sets of 5 to warm up though!. One set of 10-12 reps with about 50-60% of your max should be enough!. That way you could spend more time on other exercises!. I would eat a little more, maybe 2000-2200 calories and take an extra days rest between workouts if feeling tired!. Drink plenty of water and make sure you're getting enough iron!.
Good luck!.
