I've noticed that my upper abs, just under my pecs, is missing some muscle!. Im not sure if it is due to genetics or due to the fact that im losing muscle because of malnutrition!. Can i repair and grow back the muscle!? or is it permanent!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Abs are a tough muscle to keep strong, firm and large!. If you stop working on your ab muscles they may soften up and become flatter again, but a good diet with plenty of protein, carbs, vitamins, etc will help if you work on your abs again!. Its never gone for ever, but as you get older muscles will grow less and become smaller overall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose muscle mass anywhere in the body and you can gain it back!. It is doubtful that you are loosing muscle mass due to malnutrition, more than likely it is due to lack of significant exercise!. It is not permanent, try some weight training, start slowly and gradually increase the weights as you gain strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
