30 mins for gym-best activity?!


Question: 30 mins for gym-best activity!?
I go to the gym during my lunch hour but after changing/showering etc this leaves me with about half an hour!. I have about 3 1/2 stone to lose, and so far have lost 11 pounds and have toned up alot but would like to step it up a notch, what would be best to do in 30 mins to optimise weight loss/toning!?
the machines we have are
rowing machine
cross trainer
stair-step machine
x-size bike
tread mill
weights
chest press
lat pull down
sit up frame

I like the bike and cross trianer best but need to slim all over, especially my arms!!

Try some intense interval Training as below:

Interval training (example: walking outside, find an incline and challenge yourself to run up it for 60 seconds, then walk down for 60 to 120 seconds!. Repeat up to six times, or walking on a treadmill, adjust the incline or speed to challenge yourself for 60 seconds, then return to a normal pace for 60 to 120 seconds!. Repeat up to six times) will prove to be more effective and take less of a toll on your body not to mention the time savings you can enjoy!.
