Answers:
Expand your gut as much as you can take a deep breath and punch yourself!. Not hard enough to hurt the organs(If it makes you want to throw-up you're doing it too hard), but hard enough to feel a good pain in the abs!. It actually works really well!.

Never drink caffeine because it not only stunts growth it screws up your metabolism!. Exercise A LOT and eat A LOT!. If you're hungry bring some bananas(They are so! healthy for you) basically put your metabolism to turbo by exercising constantly(Drink tons of water) eat bananas take a vitamin every morning and if you ever get meat make sure to eat as much as you can(Just not the fat) because it has way more good stuff in it then just protein!. If you eat healthy and burn the calories from the meat it will give you such a high metabolism that your body will eat your fat while you sleep!

1!.Drink water constantly
2!.If you're hungry, eat a banana(NEVER EAT WHEN YOU'RE BORED)
3!.Exercise as much as possible(If you have an ipod or an mp3 player for musical motivation then use it)
4!.Eat lots of meat
5!.Take a daily vitamin

You don't need protein shakes or any of that herbal crap just hard work lots of meat and bananas and you'll look better within a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and first of all if you lift weights at your age it will stunt your growth making you short
girls like tall people and its not hard after u hit puberty to add muscle
eat whtever you want your brain needs fats to develop just burn it off running
i was fat then i hit puberty and i got tall and muscle came naturalWww@Answer-Health@Com
