Question: What is the most amount of weight I could squat or bench press!?
I turn 13 in January!. This is for football!. I am a fullback and linebacker for my middle school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your weight and muscle mass!.

You shouldn't worry about lifting weights until you are 16!. Stick to push ups, sit ups, pull ups, dips, and body squats for now!. Once you can do 15 in 3 sets add weight to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that amount would vary greatly depending on size (muscle mass) and how long you have been doing it!. if you're just starting and you don't have that much muscle mass, then start slower!. if you do this on a regular basis and have a lot of muscle mass more weight would be appropriate!.
