Question: Get rid of "PEAR SHAPE!!?"!?
Ok well i have been running and exercising!.!. and trying to diet! I try to eat at least 2000 calories a day! But it is not working! Do not say try jeanni craig or the other diet food things!!
i wanna know how to get rid of my butt and thighs! I wear adult medium shirts but then XL jeans/shorts! I would love to do a diet during the winter so i can have more time to loose weight for the summer! I would love to be able to fit in a 12 or 10 jeans( i wear 16 in jeans now!) Please help me! That is a great shape to have! So many women dream of having this body type!. You should just tone up by jogging about 4 times a week for 30 minutes, Do pilates cause they really take off inches!.

Maybe you should try to cut to 1500 calories of all healthy foods!. Make sure you get an hour of exercise a day, and make sure your calories consist of vitamin-rich, healthful foods!. Not just lettuce and celerey sticks, but whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, low fat dairy, and lean proteins like meats and nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol Pear shape is your body type, search the 3 different bodytypes ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph!.!.!.!.you cant change the shape of you but you can make it look better!. Im a endomorph(fat) bodytype, yet i have a 6pack that i work hard for Www@Answer-Health@Com
