Knee strengthening exercises help !!?!


Question: Knee strengthening exercises help !!!?
Both of my knee caps are slightly positioned so that they are pointing towards the outside of my leg!.
Because of this my knees tend to hurt while playing sports!.
What exercises can I do to strengthen my knees and thigh muscles around it!?

"hindu squat" look it up it does the knee bigtime as well as your whole legs!. its a bodyweight exercise!.

"bulgarian split squat" another bodyweight exercise that works one leg at a time!. look it up!.

"box squat" using your bodyweight

look all of these up!. i do these myself and i have a great body!.
they will strengthen and rehab your knee good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Leg press!. Any weight lifting that has to use your hamstrings and thighs!. Or rather anything that uses leg muscle strength and do lots of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
