Mono and polyunsaturated fats?!

Question: Mono and polyunsaturated fats!?
can you get too much mono/polyunsaturated fats even if you stay within normal fat intake!?

I know they're good fats, but I'm jw cause like I normally get around 75-80 g fats daily, with like 15 g saturated, 14 g poly, and 20 g mono, is that okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the reason why they are good fats is because poly means many and mono means one!. there are two different types saturated and unsaturated fats!. saturated fats are single bonded and unsaturated fats are double bonded!. the single bonds are stronger and making it harder to break down where as the unsaturated fats are double bonded and easier to break down!. now when you add mono which is one, meaning there is one double bond or poly meaning there are many double bonds, makes it even easier to break down!. i took a biology class over this!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
