i'm a little tried out today,
so you will know i'm working out every other day, and today is that day

Ugh I hate it when that happens! Like when you're really tired but you skipped yesterday!.!.!.Grr!.!.!.

Anyway, you know you will feel better after it's over!. Plus you'll be that much fitter and stronger!. You can do it! Now get started - I think the procrastination is harder than the actual workout in most cases!. It's not so bad once you get going, y'know!?

* But I think if you are really not up to it, you shouldn't force yourself!. It might strain your body!. Try drinking some fruit juice or something for energy and if you are still too tired, just to a little extra tomorrow!.

Get up and exercise today and take tomorrow off!. If you don't work out today, you'll be tempted to not work out tomorrow and so on and so on!. Just do it!. You'll feel better once you get moving!.

If you don't manage to get anything done today, don't beat yourself up over it!. Work out a little harder tomorrow and get back on track!. Stay healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop now!! Keep up with your exercising or you'll become one of the millions of americans who suffer from obesity/health problems because they just get too lazy!. Think about three weeks from now! you want to say you've kept with it right!? RIGHT!. so go!. be healthy!. Make smart choices!. stop reading this and get your lazy butt up!!

Think about next summer!. You're going to want to walk on that beach with confidence comparable to mountains! Your hard work will pay off!.
It's all a matter of will power!.
