In the sauna!. This is not a good idea for you, though!. It is not a permanent weight loss solution!. You sweat and dehydrate yourself and that is how the water weight comes off, by dehydration!. Athletes use it to make weight for sports that have weight divisions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are depriving your body of the water it needs every day, then most likely your body is storing water!. This is your excess water weight!. So what can you do!? It's easy!.

Drink Water! (And Lose Water Weight)

I doubt the bath thing is true but I do know that salt makes you retain water!. If you cut out all your sodium for one day you could probably drain a lot of your water weight!. But that could be hard because most every food has sodium!.

I don't know about the bath thing!.!.!. Just cut salty foods from your diet for a while, exercise to get a good sweat going, and drink grapefruit juice!. You can also take an over-the-counter diuretic if you're really bloated, but do that as a last resort!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pee, sweat!. Try not to pee in the tub though!. Hot, as hot as you can stand it!. Why do you need to drop water!? You could end up severely dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to drink water to "push" water!. You can also try drinking some diluted tea (make sure it has caffeine) because caffeine is a mild diruretic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
