Here we go again, diet researchers find one component in a food thats been found to have a slight negative effect and they spread the word to not eat it!. kinda like those silly "dont eat any carbs no matter what type of food it comes from" diets!. dont ever listen to anyone who tells you that something natural like a fruit/veggie/nut/seed is bad for you!! Artificially made foods!.!.!.those are what contain contents that'll have a negative effect on you and slow down your metabolism!. Bananas offer a great value of proteins, vitamins and minerals, which BOOSTS your metabolism!. They contain a sugar content which works well for quick energy, this might be why rumor started that they make you gain weight, however the sugar is is natural and I wouldn't think to be bad for you!. They're actually known to help cure stomach pain caused from stomach acids because they neutralize the acid content and they're known to be digested easily, so I don't know where you got this info, but I'd say its a load of s***Www@Answer-Health@Com

bananas aren't fatning but it contains calories of about 170,
depending on the size!. people who are on diets though
usually stay away from bananas because they're "fatning"
