ive been on a low calorie diet and exercising 2 times a day for about 5 months and ive only lost 2 pounds!.!.!.help!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to any weight loss program is increasing your body's ability to burn unwanted fat!. This is done by increasing your metabolism!. The best way to do this is to eat at least 6 times a day about 2 hours apart and only eating about 6 to 8 ounces of food at a time!. Eat veggies and fruit in between the meals that contain your protein!. 3 meals a day should be your main courses!. Eat only fish and meats that are baked or grilled!. Plus you will need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day!. Keep and sustain an elevated heart rate for the entire time in order to help with the burning of calories!. Your body might be turning fat into muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might not lose pounds!.

Your diet might not be healthy!. Just because you are eating less, but if you are eating junk, its still not going to help!.

in addition to these other comments, you could also try changing your mindset!. The brain is very powerful!. Visualization sounds cheesy but it works!. After workouts drink water and visualize the fat being flushed out with every drink!.!.!.!. things like that!. Also stress reacts in the body by storing fat!. Wow! Maybe you are nto working enough!? I know that muscle weighs more than fat but in 5 months you should have lost more!. How many cals do you eat!? Are your cals empty cals or healthy foods!? Try cutting back on carbs?Www@Answer-Health@Com
