What should I do I've got no middle weights for my bench press?!


Question: What should I do I've got no middle weights for my bench press!?
Ok I have a new bench press and I've got some weights 35lb and 50lb ones!. Im 16 and weight about 105 Im about 5'2!. I want to go to the 50lb weights and I can ALMOST do them but not quiet yet!. I will eventually buy some smaller poundage weights so I can add them on but untill I do is there anyway to some how start lifting the 50's!?

(I can do alot of reps so thats not my problem)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't understand much of your question!. But from what I do see, I'd like to comment:

Progressive overload is key to developing strength!. You need to regularly make small increases in the weight you are lifting to improve!. Adjustable barbells and dumbbells make it easy to do this!. So I recommend, buying them!.

If you are on a budget, buy your stuff used!. Many people that don't lift, see their equipment for almost nothing!.

The minimum you need is a barbell!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
