Question: I think im to fat!.!.!.!.!.and im only 13!?
i think im major fat and when it comes to super i wont eat!.!.!.!.or i try not to but i end up doing it and then i regret it and feel sick and i wanna make myself throw up but i don't because i'm scared!. but i weigh 108 and 13 years old!.!.!.and im 5"0!.!.!.i know i really shouldnt be worring about my weight but i do!.!.!.and i hate it but i just hate thinking im fat and people say im not but i swear i am and idk can you help me find an eating paln so i dont over eat!.!.!.thnks so much kaylaWww@Answer-Health@Com

K-K, having seen some of your pix, i can tell yo without reservation you are definitely not fat!. Your age also tells me this as you are still losing (i hate the term, but there it is) 'baby fat' as you transition from child through the early adolescent years to adulthood!. Your body will absorb it and burn it off during this time, and replace it with healthy tissue!. I am a bit concerned when you say "i wont eat!.!.!.!.or i try not to but i end up doing it and then i regret it and feel sick and i wanna make myself throw up!.!." This might be an indicator that you are possibly developing an eating disorder called bulimia!. Eating six small meals instead of 3 large ones will help you, but i strongly urge you to talk to your parents about this to help you stop these feelings before they get out of control!. The best way to burn fat is to eat less food and move more often, the issues surface when we actually aim to put that into operation! There are lots of temptations out there don't you think!?! No you're not fat at all!. Your BMI is 21!.1 which puts you in a healthy weight range for your height!.

You need to eat, your body will go into starvation mode if you don't and you'll put on weight!. You should try and eat 5 pieces of fruit and veges each day, drink plenty of water, cut down on sugary and fried food and get outside and go for a bike ride or a walk with your friends!.

to loose weight you need to eat healthy and exercise, believe it or not no eating will end up making you gain weight!. your body will slow your metabolism down covert food and turning a lot into fat so a lot can burn it off when it needs it!.

You think you are, but you're not!. Which leads to eating disorders!. It's disgusting how society today has pressured people into thinking they're too fat!. I'm your age, your height and I weigh twelve pounds more than you and my doctor says I'm perfect weight!. So stop fretting!!
