Question: Why dont i lose weight effectively!? Ive tried diets, meal suppliments, exercising etc!.!. Whats wrong!?

Hi, well this is a very delicate issue because everyone is different!. First off DO NOT EAT LESS!!!! That is a misconception, you eating less will not help you in matter of fact it will make you gain more because of slow down your metabolism!. what you should do is eat more times during the day but lesser portions!. Second, eat healthier!!! Healthy food will help you a lot, eat a lot of green and a lot of lean meat!. However do not cut red meat 100%, we do need all types of food!. It is about balance not neglection!. Our bodies have differentt types of muscle that are created differently from each other!. Therefore, we need all types of nutrients!. In addition, also eat foods with natural oils such as peanut and walnut!. This types of food will provide you with nutrients that will help you burn fat naturally and create lean muscle!. If you eat healthier you will loose weight faster!. Also do a lot of cardio workout which will help you loose weight and burn some fat!. In addition, do not eat sweetener, sugar substitutes or diet stuff!. Those thing are for people who can't consume sugar such as diabetic people!. All this products have chemicals that are bleached and processed!. Then end result will be your body not being able to consume this products and creating and additional fat pocket that will reamain in your system for 7 years no matter what you do!. Also eat a lot of fruit!. THAT IS OUR NATURAL SUGARS!. Chocolate and all the other sweet thing were created only a few centuries ago, but mankind wasn't!. So we survived and have lived a long time without!. When we crave for something we are not craving for chocolate or anything like, we are craving for fruit that contains the simplest type of sugar : Fructose!. Moreover, do not loose hope until the first month as passed by, in reality don't even look at the scale until after the first month!. This is where a lot of people go wrong because first you loose about 2-3 pounds in water but then you gain then right back and has you loose fat and create muscle you will not see any difference in weigth until of course the first month!. Have you tried counting calories!? You need to calculate you BMI!. Reduce your calorie intake by about 600-1000 calories a day!. With this you should write a food diary!. This will really help you see how much you eat or don't eat during the day!. You must make sure you are eating breakfast and any snacks should be fruit or veg!.
You need to make sure you are doing this for at least 3 months and stick to it, regular weigh in etc!. If after 3 months you haven't lost anything you should go and see your doc, explain your situation and show them your food diary, they will either be able to advise you or take blood tests to try to find a deeper cause to your problem!.

You have to remember it is NOT going to happen in an instant!. You have to give it time!. May be have a goal to aim for, a wedding or sign up to a half marathon and get training!!!

You may be thinking weight loss happens over night, it can take a good few months!.

I eat chocolate, I smoke, etc!. But I do exercise and I do eat healthily 70% of the time!. If I feel full or 'content', I don't eat any more!.

Give any method of weight loss some time, the only thing in life that has a quick fix is death, and that's fairly boring because it's quite dark and is often raining!.!.!.although I could be thinking of Bristol!.

eat less and exercise more!. If your not losing weight it could be because your exercising more, but this makes you hungrier so your eating more without realizing it!. If your dieting, you could be exercising less because your hungry more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Question: are you eating artificial sweeteners!? Drinking diet sodas and stuff like that!? Because apparently those will keep the weight from dropping off, or so I've heard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
