Its normal - coz u just started out again!. If u really push urself hard, u should be a little numb with those muscles after the workout!. The thing is, most of the pain tends to come two days after u do them(not the day after)!.

Here's the thing!. When u workout, u create micro tears in ur muscle, and as it feels sore as it heals!. To aid this healing, u need to eat sufficient protein to replenish lost muscle and provide for new muscle building!.

Thus if u consume sufficient protein, and have good amt of rest in between workouts, the healing period is considerably faster!.

A basic rule of thumb is to allow at least 36 hrs rest between workouts!. Hence if u workout more often than once every 2 days, u can split ur workouts to diff muscle groups!.

Hope that helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try doing some stretches before u do weightlifting, and if u just started weight-lifting then ur body is not use to it, if u do it daily it wont be sore after a week of weightlifting Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out every other day that way your muscles have time to heal!.!.!.when they heal they heal stronger and also you should get a good stretch before and after working out hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
