Question: HELP! Thigh problems!.!.!.anyone with experience!?
Okay I've been on and off diets for as long as I can remember and I can't slim my thighs down!. I'm 140lbs n 5ft5 right now and I'm happy with my body except my thighs!. So I'm back on a calorie controlled diet to try slim them down but I need to know if anyone here can guarantee any exercises to slim them down and how long it took to work etc!. I was going to try cycling as cardio and wall squats to tone up!.
Can anyone tell me if this would work!? And what worked for them!?

You might be pear-shaped!.
Some people are just naturally more curvy in the lower body!.
I wouldn't worry so much about dieting!. I'd just try to focus on being fit & healthy, which you seem to be!.
You can try to tone and maintain those curves though!.
Cycling is a great option, and there's walking, running, skating, or anything else that moves your legs!.
Squats & lunges are good lower body exercises to try out as well!.
Keep on doing it enough, and you'll stop focusing on the inches & should start focusing on how strong & healthy they are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
