trying opening the blinds before you go to sleep so that the light shines in when you wake up, or put the alarm across the room and when you go to hit snooze just turn on the lights!.!.!.

well there a couple of things you can do one is try going to bed earlier and also start eating healther and do something boring before you go to bed it helps you fall asleep and workout everyday so you dont have energy when it comes time for bed and also when it comes to the morning has soon has your alarm goes off get out of bed and walk around Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise 30 minutes a day, and eat wholer healthier meals, and include all the food groups!.
Most people think eating less, means weighing less but thats not totally true!.
Eating less could mean eating more unhealthy, that's not a good way to lose weight!.
Avoid greasy foods, and eat more vegetables, grains, and pastas!.try some salad during
lunch or at night, and some protein food for breakfast, that'll work

Never, ever use a snooze button!. Sleep until it's time to get up!. Force yourself out of bed!. Perhaps take a shower in the morning to wake up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

put the alarm clock across the room!.
get used to going to bed at ten!. you'll have a hard time at first but you'll get used to it!. you can use the supplement melatonin to help you get to sleep for the first few days!.
be sure you do nothing but sleep in your bed!. don't eat, dont sit on the computer or watch tv!. this way your brain associates your bed with sleep and only sleep and you will be programed to do jsut that when you get in!.

most important to GETTING up though is to put the alarm clock across the room!. I use two!. one near the bed, one across the room!. don't sit down until you get to work or school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop procrastination by:

1!. Getting a strong realization that life is passing away!.

While you may be young still (!?), there is no guarantee of tomorrow!. The things you do today are building your character for tomorrow - only the clay gets harder and the patterns of life become more rigid with time!. Life is too short to pass it away in bed!. Life is to be enjoyed!.

2!. Understanding that successful people learn to say "No!."

You have determined that there are some things that are good, and that you want to do them!. Somewhere down the line you will see that those who do what they should, are also those who often do what they must in spite of how they feel!. Stop procrastination by saying no to the insignificant things (like hitting the snooze button), and start saying yes to building the rest of your life!.

3!. Set some goals for yourself!.

Here comes the difficult part!. Sit down and draw up some plans!. Determine what is important to you, and write them down!. Next, draw up some realistic goals that will allow you to accomplish them!. Make daily goals of small changes that will allow you to start saying no to the lazy side of yourself, and slowly build up a stronger character, body, and will power!. You might start with something like setting your
alarm 10 minutes earlier - and then slowly increasing it earlier - until you are in the habit of saying no to staying in bed too long!.

Hope this helps provide a solution to your question!.

I was once over weight and couldn't shed the excess ugly fat

Get an automatic coffee maker and set the alarm a few minutes before you get up!. The smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning will at least get some of your senses flowing and help you wake up!.

Set your goal small!. For example, say I'm going to wake up once early this week!. Then the next week do it for 2 days, then 3 and so on!. Before you know it your internal clock will be programmed it will become habit (hopefully)!. Trying to do this every day from the very start is too much!. Try easing into it!.

Try getting two or three alarm clocks and put them on their loudest settings not only across the room, but in the hallway or the room next to yours!. I also try laying in my bed listening to my alarm clock go off for as long as it takes me to tell myself, okay, I'm up! Otherwise I just hit the snooze button because I want to go back to my bed and easily go right back to sleep since I was never really awake anyways!.

Personally, I'm not a morning person!. I love my bed too much!. But if I were trying to get up earlier this is what I would do for starters!. I have to do these things just to wake up on time, nevertheless early! LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
