Push/press up varieties?!
Question: Push/press up varieties!?
What are the different varieties of push/press ups that you know of!?
Give a description of them and pictures would also help!
I know of:
- standard: hands shoulder width apart with feet together
- elevated: same as standard version except with feet elevated to various heights
- handstand: upside down push ups against a wall
The reason I am asking this is because I find standard push/press ups easy and want to move onto more difficult variants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

diamond make a diamond w/ ur hand like ur index and thumb of each hand try those they are brutal
hands pointing at each other shoulder with apart and hands away shoulder with apart also are good variations
bring ur hands nipple to nipple lol but seriously ull feel it if u bring um in closer and even w/ ur chest

If you fing bodyweight exercises too easy, you need to graduate to weighted exercises such as bench presses, bent over rows, etc!. There is no strength benefit in doing endless push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
