What are some home exercises I can do to get my heart rate up?!


Question: What are some home exercises I can do to get my heart rate up!?
I cant go running its RAINING outside =(

What are some things I can do at home besides run around my house lol which!.!.!.I cant cause I might break something!.

or just speed walk up and down the hallway, and then do 10 jumping jacks, speed walk, jumping jacks

If u have a room that has nothing in it try running around it or run in place!.I dont have a clear room so when i go to exercize i do it in my living room!.Im playing soccer and basketball and im not a skinny minny or a fat person i play in my living room!.I dont have that much room so i just turn on the tv to a staion and i pretend im a popstar on stage and i end up having fun even though i dont have a sibbling!.Keeping ur heart rate up is hard dont think of it as work invite some friends over and turn on some music and have fun!.Once u know it ur heart rate will go up like mine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you start right away, you only need to drop on average, 4 lbs per week!. There are plenty of diet plans that are health, and effective!. I have personal experience with the South Beach Diet, and if you haven't looked into it yet, I would highly recommend it!. On this diet, you aren't starving yourself, and it goes on phases where you slowly reintroduce 'craving foods' that might be one of the reasons you have put on a few more pounds then you would like!.

Phase one will cut out all carbs and a lot of sugars, and is the hardest, strictest phase!.!.!. but it only last two weeks!. I used to live off of junk, and found this to still be the most bearable diet I've tried, yet!. Rather then try to tell you all the basics, I recommend going to a library, bookstore, or just doing online research on the diet, to figure out how it works, and if you feel it is something you could realistically stick with!.

This diet doesn't require exercise, but it is of course always recommended!. Add in a good exercise plan, and you could easily go well below your target weight Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do the bicycle!.

Not the one you ride!. Lay on your back in the sit up position and put your feet up in air and start pedalling!. Haha sounds stupid but it's really good for you!. Helps with the abdominal area and legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have a treadmill!? If not, what about stairs!? You can walk up and down the stairs or even run in place while doing housework!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Lift-ups, walking down/up stairs, having sex, eating chocolate, drinking coffee, dish washing, cleaning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do jumping jacks and push ups, crunches, walking lunges, butt kicks, high knees, tin soldiers, weigh lifting, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
