I eat more than 2,000 calories a day. Is this bad?!

Question: I eat more than 2,000 calories a day!. Is this bad!?
So yeah, I tried counting my calories another day, and I mostly guess-estimated, since I don't really keep track of things like that, and I realized that I actually eat more than two thousand calories a day!. I would say that I would eat 2,500 or maybe even 3,000 in a day!. The thing is, I don't work out at all or anything like that!. However, I am also not overweight nor do I gain any weight from eating this much!. I am pretty happy with my body, but is this healthy!? Should I not eat as much!? Thank you for your answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone's body is different, as long as you're not overweight, it means your body is processing the calories as it should, your metabolism might just be a little high!. However there is a chance that is something else, a parasite like a tapeworm, or maybe something like a thyroid disorder, so you might want to get it checked out, but I think you're probably fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should start working out and eat a little less!. It is unhealthy because eventually the food will catch up with you!. As you grow older your metabolism (ability of your body to break down food/ burn it off fast) slows down! So dont think you can eat as much as you want forever because eventually you will start gaining fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nah, you have a high metabolism!.
You'll be fine, especially if you are happy with yourself, then eat as much as you want :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

The amount of calories you should eat a day depends on many factors!. Here are some major ones:

1!. The gender: men require more energy than women, in general!. It is only nature's way and no insinuations please!

2!. The height and weight: how many calories you should eat a day it is proportional to your size: the bigger you are, in both terms, the more calories you need (this is not an excuse not to drop off those extra pounds!)!.

3!. Your level of activity: It's only logical for people that move around all day to burn more calories than myself who is sitting and typing in this computer!

4!. The climate and time of year: people that live in warmer climates tend to burn more calories than those living in colder ones and how many calories you should eat a day also depends on the season too!. In winter we do need more calories than the summer generally!. Take into consideration here that air conditioning should also be considered (for example if you work in a hot environment or not)!.

5!. Your eating habits: it is well known that the kind of food you eat can have a major effect on how many calories you should eat a day!. Certain foods like fast food, processed carbs (white bread, pasta etc) tend to hypnotize your metabolism, as opposed to high protein foods, fruits and vegetable!. Also the amount of meals you eat a day has a profound effect on metabolic rate!. 4-5 meals a day make your body to burn more calories than 2 major ones!.
