Works if you eat it twice a day by replacing 2 meals,for 2 weeks!?!?

Like all quick fix diets!. You could possibly see results, but they won't last long-term!. Because as soon as you go back to your normal eating habits and activity levels!. Unfortunately, all the weight will pile back on again!.

I know!. This has happened to me so many times!. Yes, whilst I was able to lose weight on various diets!. I was never able to keep the weight off!. So I came to the conclusion that I would change my lifestyle!. I decided to eat a healthy balanced diet and took up regular exercise!. The results were absolutely amazing!. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. That was over two and a half years ago!. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease!.


If you do reach your realistic target weight and you then go back to your old eating habits and activity levels!. You will put the weight back on again!. It is as simple as that!.

So try to eat a balanced, low fat diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables!.

Don't avoid any foods!. But DO make sure you watch your portion sizes!.

DO LIMIT the amount of junk foods, ready made meals, sugary fizzy drinks, alcohol, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum!. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat!. The two main ingredients which are responsible for the extra weight gain!. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

ALWAYS have e regrular meals a day at regular times!. (Making sure you always start with breakfast!.)!. Eat non sugary cereals, skimmed milk, yogurt, lean meats, or an egg!.

Although exercise is beneficial regarless of your diet!. However, 80% of your physiquie is a result of what you eat!. 20% is exercise!.

It should defenitely work (and it tastes good, too lol) but you really shouldn't replace regular meals with cereal!. But if its only temporary, like you said for 2 weeks, go for it!. Just drink water a lot too because thats perfect for you and has nothing bad in it, and it gets you full quicker!. Hope i helped and good luck with your dieting! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it definitely will work, but that's very low calorie, and you may get hungry and want to binge out on junk after a few days!. Don't do it 2x a day for that long, maybe just 2x a day every other day, or 3 days of the week!? You'll still lose weight, for sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
