Question: Would it be safe to lose 50 lbs by Thanksgiving!? Would Christmas be a better goal!? I weigh 230 now!.!?
My hubby is out of town and can only come home on the holidays, I want to surprise him by losing the extra weight I have been carrying since I had our son 5 years ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it isn't safe!.!.!. and I don't even know if your body would even permit you to lose that kinda weight in such a short period of time!.

i wudnt set a time limit for urself, becuase even if ur doing fantasticalee, ur setting urself up for failure ? plas u shud lose weight primarilee for u, onlee if its for u will u have the strength to do it!. plus i wud do baby steps if i were u!. first, introduce urself to foods u will be eating, vegetables, whole grains, soymilk, shop around for a brand an flavor u liek n_n an learn healthy recipes that u liek, then slowly, get rid of the most fattening food in ur pantrys, u will have to break ur addictions to the food u eat!. the food we eat, all of it has brain chemistry, an when we have a regular diet, our brains are used to the chemicals, even if its unhealthy, they body is amazing at compensating for unhealthy habits, an sugar, wheat, corn, cheese, aree all very addicting!. when u break the old habits, then u cen start to form new habbits, soon u well start to crave salad! gat rid of all temptation in ur pantry, an start excersising, dunt over exert urself or ur body well be so worn out that u wunt be able to gat off the couch for a week, an ull have bad memories connected to werking out, the goal is to establish a routine, an fun memories, even if ur jus slackin off, an lestoning to 80s pop music! gud luck!!! n_n ?
