I'm tired of being fat! What should I do?!


Question: I'm tired of being fat! What should I do!?
I can't bring myself to eat right and exercise! It's so hard! It's like a vicious cycle that I just can't get out of! I'm tired of it but I don't know how to get out of this rut!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey i was the same way but now im on varsity soccer and made varsity track!. what i did was make a goal for myself!. and i put that goal everywhere i could see it!. and i wanted it so bad!. you really just have to want it!. tell family and friends and theyll help support you!. youve just gotta do it!. and after 21 days it becomes a habit =]!. and for eating!. try eating less snacks and more at dinner or meal times!. that helped me too!. and then u can gradually reduce wat u eat at meals and then when your fit and running and active you can eat pretty much whatever you want with some moderation!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are the only one who can do this, the answer is right there in your question where you said"I'm tired of it", usually when people tell me they are tired of their weight, that is the time they just gear up and do and start doing something about it!.
I know this sounds like a silly answer, but I smoked and was always saying I was trying to quit, and one day I just said, " I am tired of this struggle I have with myself and i just did it, so will you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate exercise, too! I have only ever lost weight when I'm busy and "not trying!."

Being too busy and distracted to eat can really help me!.

Recently I lost 12 lbs!. or so through hypnosis!. The person that I go to gave me a CD that I use at home!. Basically I trick myself into eating less!.

EATING LESS works for me, not calorie counting or any of the other stuff!.

What these critical people are not realizing is that it's all in your mind, which is very powerful!. It's the same with me!. That's why you feel like you're in a rut!. You are not just lazy or something :)

think of it like this you eat the junk and ater one minute it is ALL GONE so you are going to say to yourself oh shoot i gained a pound throw all the junk in a closet if you are living with somebody then ask them to offer you a candy when you get really good youll reject it and dont sneak the candy cause the draw will be locked only drink water eat oatmeal for breakfast have an apple for lunch and a normal portion for dinnerWww@Answer-Health@Com

You just gotta think about what eating wrong will do to you!. Its not a hard choice when you look at it that way!. You ought to try drinking some green tea!. It tastes like regular just about but yet its healthy for you and can help you lose weight!. You can get a free sample here:

Ohh I have been here many times!. The one thing I can say is that after you start it becomes easier and more rewarding!. But I also might suggest that if you really are struggling a few sessions with a therapist might be helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
