Question: Ways to be healthier !? !?
My boyfriend and I live together and we have a tight budget so I like to get the most out of my money!.!.!.this usually makes me buy the cheap stuff! things that are on sale but aren't necessarily good for me !? anyways - I'm wanting to know some things I can eat that are healthier than out of a can lol
I don't like salad - no matter how much dressing! (its not the taste its the texture of lettuce) and I don't like much in salad!.!. tomatoes, carrots, i also don't like mushrooms!.!.!. I do like all/most of fruits but I don't want to eat a bunch of fruit all the time!. What about things to actually eat for dinner !? Any ideas !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start going on line and getting coupons/looking in the paper for meats and when they are on sale, like chicken or fish!. Maybe there is a farmers market close to where you live!. You need to do research!. Buying these items when they are on sale are healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get enough water, you take ur weight, divide that in half, and that's the amount of ounces of water you should be getting!. Try edamame(soybeans in the pod), it's a great protien, and it's a good salty snack, look in frozen foods for it!. Healthier foods like chicken, fish, and are easy to cook, aluminum foil pockets rock!. Potatoes are great baked it's all the stuff you put on 'em that are bad, I put dry ranch seasoning on top mine w/ earth balance "butter" it's made w/ vege fats!. Deli meats for sandwiches are a cheap and easy dinner!. Give up the white bread, and the yolks in ur eggs!. The library has lots of books/DVDs on diet and nutrition tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
