Tricep and inner thigh exercises?!


Question: Tricep and inner thigh exercises!?
Hi all, firstly dont answer this if your going to refer me to a diet page where eventually i have to pay!.

I just want to know some good exercises for fixing flabby triceps and inner thighs, i have access to a gym and 3kg hand weights at home!. Also how long does it take to get nice triceps if u do exercises every day and they are really flabby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Flabby = fat tissue!. Energy in fat tissue is only burned whenever the body doesn't have enough fuel (calories) to supply your body's energy needs each day!.

So, for example, if your body burns 1800 calories a day with its normal functions + exercise you perform, then you would lose some weight if you started limiting your calorie intake to 1500!.

You can workout your triceps by doing bench presses with your hands gripped close together!. If you don't have weights available, get two chairs and place on each side of you!. Sit between them with your legs out straight in front of you, place your hands on each chair beside you, then lift yourself up, lower yourself back down and call that 1 rep!. Do as many reps as you can!. These are called tricep dips!.

Not sure about inner thighs honestly!.

Keep in mind though, building muscle in these areas won't make them less flabby!. Only burning fat can do that, and there is no way to target one specific area as far as that goes, you just have to lose it all over!.
