Question: Are fruit smoothies good for you!?
I'm trying to eat better like instead of eating chips or something high in calories i was thinking of smoothies!.!.And i wanted to know if they were good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes but it depends on how they are made!. ideally, they should only consist of at least 95% fruit and non-fat or low-fat yogurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
