Question: Soup dietttttt please helppppppppp!?
ok next week i think i will go on this soup diet but does it really work does it flatten your stomach does it make you lose weight and when i eat soup it feels me up easy and that's why i think it might work please help do u now if it will work and help you lose weight oh and if i do the soup diet do i just eat soup and nothing els helppp thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

An all soup diet will help you loose weight but just know what kind to eat
I suggest you eat miso soup with fried been curds or miso soup with tofu!.!.!.!.they have just 30 calories and 5 from fat
and minestrone soup!.!.!.it's fat free but has 110 calories!.!.!.!.it has beans and all kinds of vegetables so it fills you up more!.!.!.!.
and if you like tomatoes than go for the tomatoe soup!.!.!.!.just watch out for the sodium intake
a lot of salt will slow down your metabolism and make you gain weight!.!.!.
A soup diet will puff up your belly because you will have a lot of liquid and you will be bloated
despite the fact that you are loosing weight!.!.!.
so I suggest you add a yogurt once in a while!.!.!.!.!.It flattens out your stomach!.!.!.!.!.
and eat lots of carrots

Hi, jojo, soup is an excellent addition to any diet! Like you said, it fills you up and feels like "comfort food!." It can't be your sole diet though! It won't offer enough of the nutrients that your body needs!. This article talks about why soup is so good for weight loss:
