Question: WHICH PROTEIN SHAKE SHOULD I TAKE!?
I am 18 years old i am 6 foot 2 inches 130lbs!.!.!.!. very skinny!.!.!.!. ive been trying to gain weight my whole life but i always give up because i dont see results!.!. well im tired of being so skinny so im ready to do something about it and stick to it!.!.!. so i was wondering is someone could advise me which PROTEIN SHAKE i should be drinking and when i should be drinking it as well as what workout i should do!. (i can only get to the gym MONDAY WEDNESDAY FRIDAY)

Those do NOT work, I am in a Nutrition class in College and trust me, those are gimmicks!. They are a waste of time and money, and frankly do more harm than good!.

Just buy some food and eat it!!? Lots of protein, like meats, steak, ground beef, eat potatoes, vegetables, maybe have a soda or some tea for the extra calories!.
