Question: Will I Gain Weight Or Not!?
Well im 16 and have seen my doctor about getting help with my eating disorder and put on various waiting lists to see councilors and dietitians!. Its been 2 months and i have been given no advice or guidance on what to do until i get help!.

My family wont let me exercise at all because i look to weak (used to do it for 5-6 hours a day) and im expected to sit inside all day, except a 30 minute walk to the shops
im eating 650 calories a day as that's all i can manage atm!.

should i increase calorie intake and/or demand more exercise time before i see specialists or should i just sit it out!?

You really need to get some help with the eating disorder before you try to make dramatic changes in diet or exercise!. It would certainly be healthier, physically, if you increased your calorie intake, but you have to ask yourself if you can handle the possibility of gaining weight!. Do you think that gaining a little weight (not much, but just becoming less underweight) will upset you to point of making your eating disorder worse!? The best thing is to try and get some support!. Even if you can't find a doctor or clinician, is there someone you can talk to!? A minister, guidance counselor, family friend or maybe someone who's recovered from an eating disorder!?
Try increasing your calorie intake for a week or two, see if you feel better, and then decide whether to stick with it or go back to 650 a day!. Or make a deal with your family that if they let you have extra exercise time, you will increase your calorie intake, so that you won't lose weight from exercising more but won't go stir-crazy in the house!. you are not that bad underwieght just increases your calorie intake to at least 2000 to 2500 that what the range is supposed to be eat raw veggies with low fat dip more furit skinless chicken breast because it the leanest of chicken steam veggies specail k cereal is good not a lot of fat but pack with protein try drinking slim fast as milkshake because not fatting plus has lots of vitimas wheat and whole grains are better keep up the good workWww@Answer-Health@Com
