Question: Best way to lose weight!? Help!?
I'm about 145!. I'm 5'6" and I want to be 118!. I'm not real concerned with time and all of that!. I just want to know how much I should work out every day!? How many calories should I have!? How much cardio!? How much sculpting!? I'd like to get to my goal weight as fast as possible, also in a healthy way!.

I am not a physical trainer, nor am I a licensed dietician!. I can't afford to pay these people, so I wanted to share with you some tips that were successful for me!. I've lost 40 pounds in the past several months, here are some no-no's!.

No Alcohol - I know it sucks, but TRUST me that it helps!. I quit drinking completely the first 3 months & the energy I had was what prompted me to begin this diet process!.

No fried foods
No salad dressings (the fat-free kinds are o!.k!., but you're better off to use salsa instead)!.
No pop - even cut out the diet kind if possible!.!.!. let's get healthy here!
No white stuff - white bread, white rice, white pasta - purchase whole greains!.
No cheese - think this one was the hardest for me!.

If you stick by those rules, up your physical activity levels each & every week, and eat PLENTY of fresh fruits and vegetables, I guarantee you will see quick results!.

When craving a cheeseburger, make yourself a grilled turkey burger on wheat!. Invest in a George Foreman grill - BEST INVENTION since pop tarts :) Try to eat lots of fish, and take a daily multi-vitamin!.

I work in a Mexican restaurant, and found a way to create healthy meals for myself there, but often I would bring my own t!.v!. dinner!. Safeway has a GREAT line of "lean cuisine" type meals that are "pre-portioned" for just $2 a piece!. To be honest, I found the portion sizes pretty darn small, so I would have a green salad (WATCH YOUR DRESSING), or some steamed veggies on the side!.

Drink lots of water, and don't forget to reward yourself along the way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do a lot lot lot lot of sports!.!.!. start practicing a sport or something!.!.!. not those stupid things with weight lifting!.!.!. it's a stupid thing to do when trying to lose weight!.!.!. I think that soccer it's a good sport for losing weight!.!.!. when playing it you should run for all the balls!.!.!. when you take a break from work or even when you have some spare time, just try to run, run, run and run!.!.!.!. oooh and another thing!.!.!. it seems that gaining weight rapidly it's something genetic, but you can lose it very quickly if you practice a sport!.!.!. to lose (145-118) 27 lbs, u need to burn (27*3500) 94500 calories!.
It is safe to lose 1-2 lbs in one week!. 27/2=13!.5, u can lose 27lbs in 14 weeks in a safe and healthy way!.

To lose 2 lbs in a week, u need to burn (3500*2/7) 1000 calorie extra everyday!.

Assuming that you eat as usual, you should do a workout which burn 1000 calorie everyday!. You can check the calorie chart for each workout!. For me, i do recumbent bike, at level 1 resistent, low intensity, for person of weight 150lbs, one hour of cycling burn abt 500 calories!. I do 2 hours of cycling everyday!. Expect to lose 10lbs in couple of weeks!.

Measure your waist, hip, thigh, arm, u start to see result in 2 weeks time!. You will see more after 4 weeks!.

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it!.

Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber (dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on)!. Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition!. Generally, you want to - with a combination of calorie reduction and increased activity - reduce and burn a certain number of calories a day, causing a net loss of calories so your body is forced to use its own stores of fat!. you have to decide on that but advice wouldn't hurt!. Talk to some people in some gyms or something!. I hope you are losing the weight for yourself and not because someone else told you something about yourself you did not like!. I like women with meat on their bones: their sexy!.
