Workout routine for curls?!


Question: Workout routine for curls!?
In order to increase weight lifted on curls, what should be a weekly routine for me if I need to increase muscle size and capacity!? I would like to increase the amount of weight I can curl a sufficient amount of times, i!.e!. 25!.

(65 lb at the moment)!.

If u want to increase the amount u curl u have to do negatives and drop sets to promote muscle growth!. Go heavy!. Do 4-6 and 6-8 reps for different excercises!. Stay in strict form!. You want stronger biceps so don't sway!. This just cheats yourself!. For ur weekly routine you need to switch up ur excerise every 2 weeks!. You probably know all the basic curling motions like hammer curls, standing dumbell curls, concentration curls so i'm not going to bore you with them!. There are alot of amazing bicep exercises which are hard to explain!. I have tried these and they are hard!. I found a good video youtube which shows some routines I do!. I believe u would learn more if you saw them than me explaining them!. This is the best video I have found which show bicep excercises which shock ur biceps!. These excercises are nothing like normal biceps curl!. These are different excercises which promote muscle growth because it doesn't allow ur muscle to adjust to any of the excercises!. This video shows alot of excercises!. Remembe to switch it up
