- do you count calories!?
- if so how long have you, and how did you know how many to have!?
- if you dont count calories, how do you know what to eat in order to maintain your weight!.

I have never counted calories!. I eat until i am satisfied 3 times a day with snacks in between, all that is really important is that you eat healthy natural foods and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It isn't really about counting!.!.!.Eat small potions and healthy stuff less sugar my natural stuff and exercises I HATE this part I go to curves it is awesome makes a big difference!. Less pasta more fruits veggies and salad!.
