If i'm trying to build muscle faster, should I abstain from sex?!


Question: If i'm trying to build muscle faster, should I abstain from sex!?
I'm just curious how much of a connection there is between sex and working out, as far as testosterone is concerned!. Is there an ideal time to have or not have sex, if I'm in a mass gaining workout regimine!? Should I abstain totally, or just use timing(ie!. have sex so many hours before or after workouts)!. heres what you do: no you dont have to stop having sex infact it would be healthier if you kept on having sex because its good cardio (IF YOU ARE DOING THE WORK)!. start an all protein diet: normally one is supposed to have 1 g of protein for every pound in thier body so lets say you are Joe the Plumber (lol political joke) and joe weigh 205lbs thats 205 grams of protein but on the protien diet joe will have to consume 2!.5x the amount of protien he normally consumes thats 205 x 2!.5 = about 513g!. while this is going on joe must work out vigorously and stick to the Big 6 (bench, swat, incline, power cleans, shoulder work and abs)!. Joe must also eat at these certain times: once he gets up in the morning, lunch, before working out, after working out, 2 hours before he goes to sleep!. joe must also eat all meat to achieve the required 513g (you can have protien shakes and crap but meat tastes alot better) this means if he gets a burger toss out everything and eat the patty, boil chicken with a little cajun seasoning( like 1/2 a teaspoon) and eat them throughout the day!. soon joe (you) will bulk up and lose some weight if you do it right!. good luck man and remember:

I don't know where these halfwit old wives' tales start, but they're like flies--brush them away and they come back!. Who says sex decreases testosterone!? Some pea-brained wrestling coach!? And testosterone doesn't govern mass-gain anyway!. Sex is good aerobic exercise, and a good trainer will NOT tell you that heavy weights every day build mass!. If you believe him you might do bench presses or clean-and-jerks using your partner as a weight; that way everyone's happy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There has been no studies showing a correlation of testosterone level dropping significantly after sex!. Consider this though: You are gaining muscles to be more attractive so you can have more and better sex partners!. Why would you abstain from sex in this case!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
