Answer 3 is correct!.

Build your leg muscles 2 times per week!. Climb stairs, do lunges or squats!. When you start jogging and running, those 'more productive' leg muscles will burn twice as many calories in the same amount of time and your metabolism will keep you burning all day!.

Exercise makes you hungry, snack on healthy high fiber, filling foods every 2-3 hours!. Get a small cereal bowl or sandwich bag!. If the food for any of your meals does not fit in the bowl or bag, your portion is to large!.

Good luck, stick to it and you will see results in a matter of weeks!. Embrace the initial pain of changing your lifestyle!. Get addicted to being a better you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just run dont walk!. if you have an hour find a spot 1!.5 miles from where you live run out to it and then run back and inrease from there!. never stop for anything!. if you get a side stich eat a lot of bannanas and dont eat or drink 3 hours before you run, also stretch!. do it evry other day with walking on the days inbetwean, youl be able to run 3 mile without stoping in 3 months or so!. after you do that either increase the distance or go faster!. if you do this youl definly be able to run for 30 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, of course you can get fit!. I started out with a personal trainer doing 3 minutes of walking and then 3 minutes of running!. for an hour!. This trained my body to get used to running, while learning to catch my breath and breath properly!. If you do to much cardio it can be bad for you, so if you go fast to slow fast to slow its actually better for your body!. Good luck with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can definitely do this! It actually takes 3 months to be active active after being inactive!. Try your best not to walk, no matter how hard it is, walking is great!.!.!.but you can run !.!.and after you do!.!.you will feel great!. You probably dont want to hear this!.!.but get away from the walking!.!.and do your exercise by running!. If you can only run for 5 minutes right now, lower your speed just make sure you run!. And day by day just increase the minutes until you can increase your intensity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like everyone else is saying, you can definitely do this, but in order to stay motivated, don't try to do everything at once, work up to it!.

Also, if you must run, do be wary of your knees; you're going to need those for a long time!.

My advice is to not push yourself too hard or fast, if you hurt yourself, it will be a huge setback!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is SO possible! - 6-8 months you would be very fit - as long as you eat healthy - maybe also add in a few situps/pushups at home - this will tone you up!.!.!.also add a little muscle - this increases your metabolism and so you will burn even more calories!.

Keep up the work and i am sure improvement will come - good luck to you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try walking to warm yourself up and get your heart going, then jog steadily for say 3Min's!. Everyday set yourself a goal to beat!.

When I first started jogging I would walk for 10Min's then see how long I could jog for and tried to beat the time the next day!. I started off only being able to jog for 2Min's, now I can go on for hours (I don't though!)!.

I think you can reach your goal if you persevere!.
