What are some great ways to drop the pounds fast?!


Question: What are some great ways to drop the pounds fast!?
I've been eating healthy, and I've been running and doing sit-ups and leglifts etc!. I weigh 140 pounds, and my goal weight is 125!. I'm 15 and 5'4" but I can't seem to drop it! I need to get it off before soccer starts or coach will KILL me!. How do I do this!? What are some great core exercises!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a weight training program!. Why do they go by weight anyway!? Or is that you!? If you start a weight training program, you will lose fat, and gain muscle but you may not see a difference on the scale!. You will be smaller and faster and probably better at your sport!. Isn't soccer season over, or almost!? Weird!. Anyway, leglifts are not enough, you need to do a full body work out probably 3 times a week to see results!. Also, don't limit your cardio to just running, try step aerobics or kickboxing or swimming if you have a pool!. If you play soccer your body is already used to running, you want to start using other muscle groups and mix up your workouts!. You should find a trainer, if you haven't lifted before, the Y usually has them for cheaper than other places, but shop around and find one who is certified!. If you have lifted before, then google some exercises for all the major muscle groups!.

I would suggest at least 2 for your chest/back, 2 for your quads/hams, then 2 for shoulders, and since you are doing soccer, you can do the calf raises, but be careful, you do not want to injure yourself before season!.

And trust me none of this will cause you to bulk up at all!. You keep your weight moderate and your reps/sets fairly high (like 20 reps, 4 sets) you will lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if your in a sport and you are very skilled and can last a very long time as in longer than even those in shape, chances are that you have a lot of muscle and fat is the problem

My 9th grade teacher was 83 years old back then and she looked like she was in her late 40's

her secret turned out to be a good amount of exercising and eating fruits and vegetables all the time with a couple a healthy meats once in a while

she said diets don't work because you loose it then you start eating bad again so just eat healthy all the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
