Question: Is this normal!? probably not!.!.!?
Okay I am 15, 5'4 and 110lbs!. I was 122lbs before but I went on a diet!. I want to be 100lbs!. I eat 1500 calories a day and I am always hungry!. I weight myself once a week and I am scared to see the number!. I look at questions on this diet & fitness secton everyday and look at pro ana sites everyday!. I look at thinspiration!. I always feel fat!. I want to be a size 0!. I dont know if i'm a little obsessed with my weight or anything!. Is this normal!? Do you think I might get an eating disorder!? (i hope i don't)!. i know how you feel, im 15, 5'2, and 108 pounds so for you i think 110 sounds as low as you should go!. im not fat, but i have like the little things i stress over and and body fat i can pinch i freak over and your 2 inches taller than me so i wouldnt drop below 110, its healthy!.

being a size 0 at that height isnt realistic, you should be like a 1 or 3 because im a 1 and im normal!. people dont like girls that look to skinny and your healthy so just stay at 110(:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you're obsessed!. Anorexia is NOT healthy and if you think those 'pro ana' and being anorexic is sexy/healthy, then you already are probably anorexic!. Anorexia is NOT just being thin!.!.!.thats just a side effect from the disease!.!.!.it's a mental disorder that stems from a from of OCD and requires professional medical attention!. Honestly, it sounds like you're heading that way (if not already there)!.

Watching what you eat and making sure you have a BALANCED diet is normal!.!.!.!.obsessing over weight and being scared of scale is not so normal!.

This is a website that lets you calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index)!. If you put in 5'4'' for your height, and 100 for your weight, you will see that this is underweight, so it is not a good idea to try to get to 100 pounds!. There are health risks with being too skinny!.

I would talk to a parent, a counselor, or a family doctor!. You definitely are

bmi are not always exactly right with alot of people!. my sister is 5 6 and 100 pounds and she is defenetly not have an eating disorter!. thats a pretty low bmi and she looks like average weight in her grade!. so you be the judge with how u look!. so you cold probably loose some more but dont go overboard!. i used to be overweight and i was soooooooo obsesed with loosing weight untill i was satisfied!. and now im obsessed with gaining muscle mass!. its ok to be obsessed but just dont do anything stupid like!. i would say loos 5 more and then u will be fine!. but i dont think u have an eating disorder !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
