i'm 12 and 5 ft i weigh 100 lbs!. and i am very athletic playing soccer field hockey and softball!. i am also very muscular!. am i overweight!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Woah no way, actually 100 pounds is perfect!. On the charts, a girl your height is supposed to weigh 100 pounds, and for every inch taller, you're supposed to be 5 pounds heavier!. So someone who is 5'2 should weigh 110, and someone who is 5'5 should weigh 125 and so on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Muscle weighs more than fat!.!.!.so you are probably very well toned - not overweight at all!.
