I want to loose weight ..but anorexia....?!


Question: I want to loose weight !.!.but anorexia!.!.!.!.!?
Well!.!.okay I'm gonna be honest!.!.!.!.!.I'm 5'3 and I way 165 pounds!.!.!.

And well okay that's not the honest part ha ha!.!.the honest part is that I've been REALLY thinking of going anorexia and not eat at all but I know that's really not the best and healthiest way to loose weight so!.!.i don't think I should do that but I AM desperate!


And exercise is out of the question!. It's not that I'm lazy but I just don't have the time to exercise!. I've tried making time to exercise but my schedules is too hexed!


And I'm not talking about any of the diets that's advertised like the Wu-Yi whatever diet!. I'm sure it works along with other diets but some people just don't have the money :( even though I would like to try it but!.!.i cant!.


So is there any really healthy diet that anyone knows that can really help me!? My goal is too AT LEAST loose maybe 10 pounds in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going to try this with 2, 20 minute runs a day if I can keep it up!.!.!.!.I love my carbs but giving them up is better than starving yourself all together!.

if you are busy doing homework or something, buy a treadmill or a gym membership and run/walk a mile everyday while you do homework!. Running really will help you loose weight!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nina, hon, anorexia will not, in any way shape or form help your life right now!. If you're saying that you have no time to exercise due to a hectic schedule, you're going to be doing twice as bad if your body is shutting down because it now has no easy energy!. There's a million and one things you can do to burn a few extra calories, but it seems you're not interested in learning those right now so I'll focus on diet!.

First off, don't just stop eating!. Stop eating three big meals a day, and try eating 6-8 "snacks" a day!. Start your day off by eating small right after you wake up and then try eating approximately every three hours!. Every time you eat, ingest between 150-175 calories from your "snack"!. This will put your caloritic intake at between 900-1400 calories, which in most cases will be less then an active adult needs!.

The reason this eating habit normally works is you are getting less calories then you're probably eating now, but never really get hungry because you don't give your body a chance to be hungry!. Also depending on what you're eating you can get full on that few calories!.

Going to attack anorexia real quick, you do NOT want to go down that road!. That's probably the easiest way to do permanent damage to your metabolism and your body as well!. I do not know how old you are, but I'm guessing you don't want your body to age 5-10 years in wear and tear for every year you actually gain!. And not only will this do physical damage to you (teeth falling out, losing hair) it can also do severe mental damage as well!. You don't want to have to go to a psychiatrist because you have associated depriving yourself with reward!. That's the complete opposite of healthy!.

As for losing 10 pounds in a week, it's possible, but you really should consider just making some life changes so the weight stays off!. It's better to slowly go down a couple of clothing sizes permanently over a period of time, then to lose 10 pounds this week then gain it back within the month!. Ten pounds in a week!?!!?!!?

Let's be realistic here!. The only way that's going to happen is if you get a liposuction job!. I'm going to sound a bit cliche here but the only surefire, healthy way to lose weight it to watch what you eat and exercise!.

What that means is cutting out the McDonalds, the Wendy's and the late night desserts!. It also means substituting such with healthier choices like whole grains and fresh vegetables and fruit!. In terms of exercise, I know that we're all guilty of claiming that we don't have enough time to exercise!. But there are some very simple ways to burn a bunch more calories than you usually would on a normal day!. For example, parking farther away from a store when you do shopping or taking the stairs in a building!. Even getting more sleep helps!.

There have been studies done that showed that not only does sleeping relieve stress, but it also aids in weight loss!. This is due to the fact that the more you sleep, the less you're awake and susceptible to eating!. Sleeping also turns on a certain bodily process that breaks down food!.

I'm not a nutritionist or some sort of health expert, but I think I've look into all the special diet crap enough to know that none-I repeat none-of them work!. Sure the traditional method isn't going to help you shed 10 pounds in a week, but even anorexia won't do that, which might I add is an EXTREMELY bad idea!.

Anorexia is not an ailment you can turn on and off!. It is often considered a mental condition because it acts as a sort of pseudo-addiction!. Anorexia is very dangerous and to try to voluntarily induce it is, well to put it bluntly, stupid!.

just stop eating is not anorexia it is fasting! anorexia has to deal with feeling of loss of control and to get it back it takes the form of starvation and restriction!.

I eat 500 cal or less a day,I don't really like to exercise but I force myself!. I do a brief 20-30 min walk with my dog!.!.EVERYDAY!.

I also workout 3-5 a week, 30 mins only!. this includes a 1 mile jog that takes me 15 mins and i do the other 15 mins in sit ups and hip thrusts!.

The only diet I can think of that would help would just to stay off of sugar and carbs!.!.!.too much sugar and it turns into fat if not burned, same with carbs! Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anorexia actually doesn't help you lose that much weight!. If you ate less than 500 calories per day in a week, then you would only lose one pound in that week!. And eventually your metabolism adjusts making it even harder to lose weight!.

Bring your own lunch to school, you can make it as healthy as you want!. Bring a salad or a sandwich, a granola bar, a piece of fruit and water to drink!.

I'm not sure how hectic your schedule is, but have you considered trying out for a school sport!? That could help tremendously!. If you have dogs, walk them or even just walk around your neighborhood or wherever you feel safe!. Gradually, step up the exercises to jogging and then running!. You can also do jump roping, aerobics, or anything that keeps you moving!. When you are watching tv or on the computer, instead, you could be exercising, =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if exercise is out of the question right now, then you can start first by changing your eating habits, but do it slowly or you will most likely go back to eating the way you did before!. Here is an example of what you should do:

week 1: replace all the drinks such as soda, tea, kool aid, etc with water (but do keep drinking milk)

week 2: on top of what you did week one, also replace all your unhealthy snacks with healthy choices such as vegetables and fruit

week 3: replace at least half of any unhealthy meal with something healthy such as vegetables and fruit (example: if you normally eat pizza, chips, and cookies for lunch try to make it to where you all of a sudden are eating pizza, salad, and a piece of fruit)

week 4: replace the rest of the unhealthy items you are eating with vegetables, fruit, grilled chicken, and fish

week 5: add more water to your diet!.!.!.!.now instead of drinking just 8 glasses of water a day make sure you are drinking half your body weight in water until you lose the weight you want to lose!. So since you weigh 165lbs, you should drink 83ounces of water a day while losing weight!.

Now, you will find that by doing this you will lose quite a bit of weight, but you will also find that if you can ever add exercise into your day that you will then tone your body on top of it!.!.!.!.!.if you could at least exercise 15 minutes a day doing the exercises on this site, you will tone your body: http://health!.discovery!.com/centers/wome!.!.!.

Also if you ever find that you have even more time than that, if you go for even a 30 minute walk a day, you will lose weight faster and tone up as well!.!.!.!.

The exercises that I mentioned above are only if you can make the time!.
