i'm pretty sure this isnt possible!. Even if someone had absolutely 0% body fat and a very small frame, their organs and skeletal structure would still get in the way!. The only way this might be possible is if some freak of nature with a miniature frame, and absolutely no body fat whatsoever, with humungus abnormally large hands or long fingers sucked in their gut as tight as they could to compact their organs and then mayyybe* but its a stretch,!.
