Red poatatoes those are sweet potatoes right the complex carb one!? and are very good for u right!.!.but why!? what are benefits to eating them

also another question when grilling on a george foreman grill and i made a hamburger all that juice that came out was that all the fat so the burger had very lil fat in it or go by the nutrition facts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

go by the nutritional facts on the burger!. I am sure it is much healthier on the GF grill and if you know what cut of beef you chose then that should put you in a calm mode!. Sweet potatoes are healthy as fck darling!.

Berta is wrong!. Even if you eat alot of food but burn more calories then how many calories you ate you'll lose weight!. And also another way to lose quick weight is to trick your stomach belt!.
