Is Exercise for 15 minutes pointless?!
Question: Is Exercise for 15 minutes pointless!?
I workout every morning around two am because I work graveyard and that is the only time I can fit it in my schedule!. I usually only have time for fifteen minutes sometimes 20 is it pointless!? my heart rate stays between 165 and 188!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do that exercise
breakfast; milk with high bran cereals
then lunch: salad
exercise before dinner
and have dinner

Pretty much any exercise is good exercise!. I doubt you'd see much weight-loss only doing 15 minutes but it will definitely help towards maintaining your current weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
