Is 123 lbs considered thin for 5'6?!

Question: Is 123 lbs considered thin for 5'6!?
Answers:
It really depends more on body composition!. A person could be 123lbs but made of mostly muscle, or on the other hand it could be mostly fat!. Many people who like to use numerical scale values as motivation consider that number "an average" weight for an adult female at 5'6"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My doctor said that at my age and height (16 years old and 5"6) i should be at least 135!. i have seen the way i look at 135 and believe that is much too big, im much happier at 104 but was happiest at say 115!. i think you should think about what you consider to be healthy for you and ignore everyone Else's opinion (as long as its still healthy)
123 pounds for your height is technically underweight so yeah you would be considered on the skinny side :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats below the maximum weight you should be but i'd say its a good weight but you shouldn't be scared to gain any because you could add a lot more weight and still be normal

Yeah, A Female That Height Should At Least Weigh 130 Pounds!. 123 Pounds For A Female 5'6 Is A Bit Thin!. It's Not Considered Under Weight But It's Thin!. I'd Recommend At Least Bring It Up To 130 lbs!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you are not thin, you are in the normal range of body weight!. You are absolutely normal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
