My friend wants to go on a diet!. What exercise/diet plan should I suggest for her!? And please DON'T say don't go on a diet! Make it DETAILED please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell her to cut out junk like soda/pop, pizza, fast foods!. Encourage her to eat more fruits and vegetables, a salad for lunch perhaps!. She should be getting an hour of exercise a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First a 13 year old should not be on a diet!. Diets are not a healthy way to loose weight (so my dietitian says)!. To loose weight you first should make sure you are overweight to be able to loose some otherwise you could make yourself dangerously sick!.
Loosing weight is not just about a diet (like i said above)!. Instead of being on a diet you should change your lifestyle!. Lead a healthy life style, with a healthy balance of eating good healthy food, exercise, Hobbies, getting out doors etc !. Its about living a healthy and happy life style!.
Make sure you make a thought out, planned decision and at your age don't go and do it without talking to your parents, it would make them upset if you decided to "diet" without them knowing, as you are their little girl in their eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables!. Make sure you get protein and fiber, and all the nutrients you need as, at 13, you are still growing up and your body is developing!. Going on a diet is the worst thing you could do for your health at your age!.
