Well, don't just decide on how thin are your legs at FIRST point!. But, 5'7 and 108 pounds!.!.Hmm!. Eat 3 times a day, actually, 4 times a day : 1!. breakfast 2!. lunch 3!. a little snack like fruit salad or something like that and 4!. dinner!.

-do heavy exercise to work up appetite
-consume large breakfast
-nap or relax for a bit afterward
-at night, eat a big dinner right before going to sleep
