What happens if i do ab exercises when my abs are already sore?!


Question: What happens if i do ab exercises when my abs are already sore!?
will this do anything for my abs!?

don't train them when they're sore, you'll overtrain them and you won't gain anything, you should only be training them 2 (maybe 3) times a week, if you're still sore I'd just skip in tbh

also, train different abs on different days, like I do obliques one day, lower 2 days later, upper on the last, and inner every training session so I don't overtrainWww@Answer-Health@Com

Actually when your abs are sore it means new muscle is coming in and becoming stronger so its very good if you excersise when their sore it helps work them out and the pain goes away quicker (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

as far as i was aware u have to give ur muscles a break when there sore cuz they r trying to get bigger!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
