Question: What to eat to stay fit but gain muscle mass!?
I need to know what I should eat to gain weight, but gain as little fat as possible!. I just want to gain muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat meats low in fat like turkey breast and boneless, skinless grilled chicken!. If you have something like a burger, make sure its extra lean, or a steak make sure its like sirloin or round steak!. Eat plenty of veggies like broccoli and spinach!. Eggs are really great sources of protein too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try lean meats and fish, eggs, peanuts, almonds, cashews, milk, oats, whole grain bagels, and dense fruits (fruits like bananas that are not watery)!. Also, yogurt has great amounts of protein, releases a chemical slowly that will majorly boost your workout, and has live bacterial cultures that will prevent sickness which leads to a muscle mass loss!.

A whey protein supplement is great for you in many ways as well, besides the great source of protein!.

Make sure you eat every 2-3 hours, and that every meal includes a fruit, a vegetable and a good source of protein!.
Aim for 1 gram of protein daily for every pound that you weigh!.
NO JUNK FOOD WHATSOEVER!!
