Should I Be okay to do weights today?!


Question: Should I Be okay to do weights today!?
I did weight training (high reps, low weight) yesterday, although not very intense!. I feel fine today, so should I be okay to do it 2day as well!?


And plz, if I get another one of those "if u wanna lose weight, there are some great tips!.!.!.'

well, i'm a PT so i believe that yes, it's ok to do it!. especially if you're not experiencing any muscle soreness!. Just remember to always do warm ups and cool downs, and rests in between reps so as not to fatigue your muscles!. If you experience any soreness today, just put an ice pack on it and switch to an "every other day" schedule, ayt!? ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just try to give a day to the muscle groups you exercised to relax!. If you exercise every muscle group each time you should try and rotate your program and use different exercises for a muscle groupWww@Answer-Health@Com

you'll do better to exercise other muscles groups today than in your workout yesterday!. The muscles worked need at least a day to recover from a weight training session!. Maybe work on cardio today!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
